You can count on the experts at Rob's Village Conoco to help your diesel engine last a long time.
Fuel injection is a system for admitting fuel into an engine. Since 1990, fuel injectors have completely replaced carburetors as the primary means of getting gasoline into the engine. A fuel injector atomizes the fuel by forcibly pumping it through a small nozzle (under high pressure). Failure of the fuel injection system means poor performance and ultimately destroys the engine. Make sure your vehicle's fuel injection system is maintained properly. For all your fuel injection maintenance and replacement needs, call 303-449-0420 or visit Rob's Village Conoco today.
An ignition system is a system for igniting (using an electric spark) a mixture of fuel and air in a gasoline engine. A properly working ignition system means a properly starting engine and high performance from your car. For all your ignition system maintenance and replacement needs, call or visit Rob's Village Conoco today.
Ignition Wires & Cables
Ignition cables also known as spark plug wires are an important part of your car's ignition system. They transfer the spark from the ignition coil to spark plugs that ignite the mixture of fuel and air. The mixture starts the engine. Over time, ignition wires and cables get weak and break down. This makes it impossible for the spark to reach the engine cylinders. This results in the engine misfiring. The car will eventually fail to start. If it does start, it will run poorly. Common symptoms of faulty ignition cables and wires are: poor gas mileage, engine misfires, engine light is on, and engine may vibrate. If your car needs new ignition cables and wires, call or visit Rob's Village Conoco in Boulder, CO 80302. Here, you will have the wires and cables changed by a top-rated mechanic.
Oil, Lube, and Filter
To keep running smoothly, your car highly relies on oil, lube, and oil filters. Oil helps in lubricating, cooling, and cleaning the internal engine components. With time, motor oil becomes contaminated. Your car needs an oil, lube, and filter change every three months (or 3,000 miles). When it is time for a lube, oil, or filter change, take your vehicle to Rob's Village Conoco in Boulder, CO 80302.
A spark plug delivers electric current to the combustion chamber from the ignition system. Spark plugs that haven't been changed for a long time can cause ignition problems. At Rob's Village Conoco, we have automotive experts who will check and replace your spark plugs. For all your spark plug repair or replacement needs, call 303-449-0420 or visit Rob's Village Conoco today.
Rolled in with no radiator fluid and no appointment this week. The team here diagnosed the issue (cracked hose flange), took care of the problem and kept me in the loop. Had the car back the next day, and they had other good preventive advice as well. Friendly and helpful. Thank you
I got recommended to this place by Barnsley tire. They machined my rotors for a fair price.... I'm happy!
Rob's has done work on my car several times with great results. I got a flat tire on the way to work today and called to see if they could help me. Jeff said he would stay a little late to help me out and he pulled a broken screwdriver out of my tire and plugged it in a few minutes so I could get back to work. Rob's RULES.
Had issue with my '03 elantra starting. AAA jumped me and told me I should get my alternator and possibly my battery replaced. Dropped it off at this place on a sunday and said there was an issue with the battery and alternator. A less reputable place would easily have said yep and would have went ahead and replaced both but the mechanic I talked to was honest, told me the alternator was fine and a new battery was all I needed. Tough to find that kind of honesty.

Great experience with this place!
I drove in just 10 minutes before closing with a VERY low tire; with a smile and the caring attitude of the "old days," Jeff checked them all, got all pressures level, gave me advice for the near future, and wouldn't accept a dime. I may move to Boulder just for Rob's Conoco!
Really good service and Trustworthy
Jon and crew were great and very thorough.
Have had multiple repairs done there. Always done well and inexpensively. These are honest, trustable folks.
Rob, the owner himself, accommodated us quickly and did an excellent job in repairing our car's break system. It was quick while us having a good time touring around. And the service fee was just enough! Thanks Rob we hit the roads smooth and safe. That we guess is a Colorado people's hospitality! Awesome!
